This evening, we look at what the acronym means, which symptoms are typical and how ADHD can show up in the everyday lives of children, teenagers and adults. The second part of the evening is open for your questions, whether you have ADHD yourself, have a child with ADHD or simply want to understand more.

Topics include procrastination, emotional regulation and staying organised day to day. There will also be time for individual questions, answered by our ADHD coaches.

    Where does learning actually happen? At school? Only in your head? We get to the bottom of it and look at how learning works best, especially at school. This evening, we talk about motivation and learning frustration, as well as how to prevent that frustration and how to learn most effectively. The event for parents and teenagers aims to make everyday learning easier and to spark a love of learning.

    Learning to learn – tips for everyday school life

    How do you learn vocabulary efficiently? How do you prepare for a history test without pulling an all-nighter? At this information evening, we show you practical examples and methods for everyday school life, such as mnemonic techniques for remembering facts and connections, plus more ideas on how children (and parents) can structure their learning routine successfully. The workshop is aimed at parents, children and teachers who want to expand their range of learning techniques.

    Zentangle for more mindfulness and calm (beginner course)

    Zentangle is a meditative drawing method in which small, repeating patterns grow into beautiful abstract images. Guided by a certified Zentangle teacher, you will learn how calm, focused drawing can bring you inner peace while creating a small work of art. No drawing experience is needed, just a wish for a relaxing, creative break.
