Why coaching at FLOW
A plan that truly fits your child
We start with an in-depth introductory meeting to understand your child’s strengths and challenges. From there, we develop an individual support plan together – from coaching for your child, to parent coaching, to targeted tutoring in subjects that are currently difficult.
Understood, without having to explain yourself
We know the challenges of ADHD in everyday life, at school and at home. With us, no one has to justify or apologize for themselves. We build on strengths, not deficits.
You get support too
In parent coaching, we show you too how to support your child at home and ease the family’s daily routine. We also regularly invite families to public talks on neurodiversity.
What you can expect from a coaching session
- Format & Duration
- After the initial introductory meeting, coaching sessions take place one-on-one, 60 minutes each with the same coaching professional – for a trusting, continuous relationship.
- What happens
- There’s no fixed routine: each session is shaped by what your child needs right then. That could mean practicing a concrete strategy, talking through a challenging everyday situation, or trying out a new tool together for more structure and focus.
- What comes out of it
- The goal of every session is one concrete, small step forward – a strategy your child can apply directly at school or at home, paired with the feeling: I can do this.
- After every session
- You’ll get brief feedback on where things stand and what’s next.
- At the end of the support plan
- We discuss progress together in a personal conversation and set the next steps.
